for student housing. It has an “L” shaped footprint with
two wings. The building structure is comprised of load bearing masonry
walls with precast concrete plank floors. The foundation system is
a shallow system of spread footings. This project was completed in
the fall of 2004 at a cost of $2,300,000. |

a generally rectangular footprint with three separate wings. The building
structure will consist of wood framing. The lateral load resisting
system will consist of wood shear walls. The roof structure will consist
of pre-engineered wood trusses. The foundation system is a shallow
