This project is a three-story, 28,000 SF building used for student housing. It has an “L” shaped footprint with two wings. The building structure is comprised of load bearing masonry walls with precast concrete plank floors. The foundation system is a shallow system of spread footings. The lateral load resisting system will consist of wood shear walls. The roof structure will consist of pre-engineered wood trusses. The foundation system is a shallow system of spread footings.
