Renovation of an existing 34–story building from office to residential. The Kachele Group provided a full façade survey, evaluation and restoration along with a window replacement program and extensive interior renovations. The interior renovations included new floors in existing interstitial spaces, stair additions, removal of an interior mezzanine and closure of abandoned floor openings.
