This project consists of a new 18 story
condominium building in downtown Pittsburgh. Additionally, there will
be two parking levels below grade. The building has a total area of
about 250,000 SF.
The building structure consists of steel framing utilizing Hambro composite floor joists. Lateral resistance is provided by a combination of steel moment frames and steel brace frames. The foundation system consists of a deep system of piles and grade beams. |
